Presently, Volkswagen are refusing to pay compensation to UK victims; despite the fact they have agreed to pay victims in the U.S.

We are confident we can win the cases, and the defence presented by Volkswagen’s lawyers so far has, in our view, no leg to stand on. We believe they will inevitably follow suit here and pay out for claims, and we are ready and prepared to proceed through the High Court of Justice should we need to.

If you haven’t already joined the action, we ask that you do so immediately if you are serious about claiming.
A number of our own deadlines for clients have already passed now that we have an action consisting of thousands upon thousands of victims. There will be more deadlines soon, with the next one being in the next few months.
