Mercedes emissions compensation

If you own or lease, or used to own or lease, a Mercedes diesel vehicle, you could be eligible to make an emissions compensation claim with us on a No Win, No Fee basis.

If you owned or leased a Mercedes-Benz diesel car or van, first registered between 2007 and 2018, you could be eligible to join our action. As things stand, this action is in its early days, but it is alleged that the German carmaker has engaged in similar behaviour to that of Volkswagen. It is alleged that they have used technology that could amount to a “defeat device” in accordance with UK and EU law.

Nissan and Renault are a part of the Renault–Nissan–Mitsubishi Alliance. More recently than the Mercedes issues, Nissan and Renault have also been accused of behaviour that could be illegal.
