In South Korea in 2017, a finding of guilt was established against several carmakers for the use of defeat device technology. Nissan and Renault (part of the Renault\u2013Nissan\u2013Mitsubishi Alliance) dispute that they have engaged in any kind of unlawful behaviour, but there is evidence that suggests otherwise.<\/p>\n<p>What we do know is that independent testing information from the DfT (Department for Transport) suggests that there may be discrepancies that need closer attention. As such, we have launched a legal action for owners as we look to get to the bottom of the allegations and find out if any unlawful behaviour has occurred.<\/p>\n<p>If it has, we will hold them to account.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Our No Win, No Fee action<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>We are already representing a large number of clients for cases over potential Nissan and Renault emissions issues.
