This is especially the case if your vehicle has been involved in an emissions recall or has undergone any routine work involving emissions.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Renault and Nissan<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>In recent weeks, it has emerged that some Nissan and Renault models may allegedly contain technology that could amount to a defeat device.<\/p>\n<p>Both diesel and petrol models could be affected.<\/p>\n<p>If your vehicle has been involved in any kind of recall or has had any emissions work undertaken, you may have a case.
