About the British Airways court case<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The British Airways court case is essentially the first GDPR Group Litigation Order (GLO) to be launched in England and Wales. We have been representing BA data breach claimants since news of the incidents first emerged, working on a No Win, No Fee basis for our clients.<\/p>\n

Now that there is a formal GLO in place, there is a deadline to join and there are steps that need to be taken.
